According to the Ashland Police Department, a shoplifting investigation has led to the arrest of an Ohio Woman for drugs. Ashland Police say they were investigating a complaint Sunday evening when they arrested 27-year-old Kimberly Johnson. She had an outstanding warrant and officers found several grams of crystal meth on her. Johnson was charged with fugitive from another state and possession of a controlled substance. She was lodged in the Boyd Co Jail.
