Dozens of people have been diagnosed with Hepatitis A in northeast Kentucky.
Boyd, Carter and Greenup counties have seen the highest numbers of Hepatitis A cases – with a combined total of 53 cases.
Three people have died after being diagnosed, according to health officials.
The demand for vaccination is so high many pharmacies around the area.
Officials with the Department for Public Health is recommending all residents of Boyd, Carter and Greenup counties to get vaccinated.
