According to the Martin Co Sheriff’s Office, Deputies arrested 3 people over the weekend on drug possession charges. On Friday, Deputies arrested Megan Neidlinger and Matthew Fluty. Neidlinger was charged with possession of heroin and parole violation, while Fluty was charged with meth trafficking. Then on Sunday, Deputies arrested Jimmy Cornette on a warrant for counts of meth trafficking, buying and possessing drug paraphernalia and persistent felony offender. According to an indictment, Cornette possessed glass smoking apparatuses, a metal spatula, a black box, rolling papers, zip lock bags, metal grinders and straws. All 3 were lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center. The Martin Co. Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigate.
