A Letcher Co judge set no bond for the third suspect in the murder of Ricky Gibson, who was killed earlier this month. The KSP arrested Clarence Russel Brown 33, of Neon Thursday evening. A warrant was issued the first part of last week for Brown on murder and tampering with physical evidence charges. Investigators said Brown is the third person believed to have played a role in the murder of Ricky Allen Gibson in Letcher Co. Police report that the body of Gibson was found over a hillside off of Haymond Hill Road. Kentucky State Police had previously arrested and charged Clifford Caudill and Dedra Keathly with murder and tampering with physical evidence charges. During a preliminary hearing Thursday morning, Caudill and Keathly pleaded not guilty. Police say Brown was arrested just before 7 p.m. Thursday on Little Dry Fork Road. He was taken to the Letcher Co Detention Center.
