A Pike Co woman has been indicted on charges of 1st degree possession of a controlled substance, DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia after she was allegedly found with meth.
25-year-old Kaylee Damron of Powells Creek, was already under indictment in a robbery case, but now faces these new charges after being indicted again.
36-year-old Harold Curtis Chaney was also arrested.
He is currently on parole from a previous drug conviction, but was also indicted on possession and paraphernalia charges.
Commonwealth’s Attorney Rick Bartley said both are now looking at significant prison time.
Both Kaylee Damron and Harold Chaney remain lodged in the Pike Co Jail.
