A Johnson County man is facing charges after allegedly firing shots toward his neighbor’s house.
74-year-old William Hensley of Staffordsville reportedly shot a high caliber gun from his own yard, across a public roadway and toward his neighbor’s house.
Hensley reportedly told police he was shooting at a pop can.
He’s been arrested and two guns have been confiscated from his home.
He’s facing a wanton endangerment and a charge for discharging a weapon across a public roadway.
He’s been taken to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville.
