A Pike Co has finally been sentenced in a 9 year old drug case.
Leroy “Doc” Little 67, was supposed to attend a guilty plea hearing in a cocaine trafficking case back in September of 2009, but he failed to show and had eluded authorities until December 2017 when he was apprehended in Southern Indiana.
After his arrest Little entered a guilty plea to conspiracy to distribute cocaine.
He has been sentenced to 120 months in prison for the offense.
Two other people charged in the case have already been convicted and sentenced.
Little’s son, Darren was sentenced to 150 months in prison for conspiracy and is scheduled to be released in 2020.
Tracy Wooten was also sentenced to 90 months for conspiracy and distribution and was released in 2014.
All three were convicted in a scheme that distributed more than 5 kilograms of cocaine between 2000 and 2008.
