A Johnson Co. man was arrested Thursday evening after Deputies with the Johnson Co. Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic violence call and were allegedly threatened upon arrival.
According to reports, Deputies went to a home in the Sitka community of Johnson Co. for a domestic violence call, but when they got there they said a man, identified as Timothy W. King, 44, said he was going to kill them.
King allegedly went to the bedroom and pulled a .38 caliber revolver out of the top drawer of a dresser.
Deputies were able to subdue the man and placed him under arrest.
Timothy King was charged with 1 count of terroristic threatening 3rd degree and 2 counts of wanton endangerment of a police officer 1st degree.
King was lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
