A former Pikeville Kentucky was sentenced this week to ten years in federal prison. Bobby Roy Justice was sentenced Monday after pleading guilty in Federal District Court to charges related to distributing oxycodone. At one time Justice served as a Constable in Dandridge, Tennessee prior to his indictment. A federal investigation found that Justice imported more than 90-thousand Oxycodone pills from suppliers in Florida to distribute in Pike County.
