Kentucky Attorney General’s Office has started an investigation about a possible election complaint out of Boyd Co. According to the Daily Independent, Boyd Co Clerk Debbie Jones said the State Attorney General’s Office has contacted her office seeking records, but she did not indicate for what reason. Reports suggest that state records show the AG’s Office received 14 complaints during the primary election this spring ranging from procedural questions to claims of campaign violations and general election fraud in the county.
