Here’s an update to a story out of Perry Co from Monday. Dustin Howard, the man accused of shooting Allison Noble in the Combs community of Perry Co Friday night appeared in court Monday for his arraignment and entered a not guilty plea. According to the original news story, Howard allegedly shot a woman Friday evening around 11 PM just off of Old Highway 80 in the Combs community of Perry Co. The woman was identified as Allison (Risa) Noble had to be flown out with serious injuries. Howard was arrested in Breathitt Co and was charged with 1 count of attempted murder and 2 counts of wanton endangerment. Police also served Howard with four previous warrants. His bond remains at $525,000 cash. A preliminary hearing for Howard is scheduled for Sept. 25. Noble currently remains in stable, but serious condition.
