According to the Martin Co. Sheriff’s Office, Deputies arrested a man and a woman after Deputies located drug paraphernalia inside their home. The Martin Co. Sheriff’s Office reports that Niki Boyles and Todd Whitt were arrested following a welfare check. They said Deputies found more than 50 syringes and other drug paraphernalia lying in the reach of children at the home. Both Whitt and Boyles were arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a minor. The two young children were released into the custody of relatives. The pair were lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
