A Perry Co man pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges he shot a woman in Perry Co back in September. Dustin Howard, 19 of Bulan, was indicted last month for allegedly shooting Alison Clarissa Noble in the face with a loaded nine millimeter Luger pistol on Sept. 18 in Perry Co. Howard is facing 1 charge of 1st degree assault and 2 counts of 1st degree wanton endangerment. The indictment also alleges that Howard endangered the lives of William Neace and Lynnetta Hayden when he fired the pistol at close range near them. Howard is scheduled for another hearing in March 2019 and his bond has been set at $500,000 cash.
